Digital Products (Ebooks, Bonus Content)
All sales of digital products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Physical Products (Signed Books, Merchandise)
All sales of physical products are final. Because signed and personalized items cannot be resold, no refunds are offered.
If your order arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. You must provide photo proof of the damage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been signed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact [email protected].
