Digital Products
Digital products (ebooks, bonus content) are delivered electronically after purchase. Depending on the product, delivery may be via email, BookFunnel, or direct download from the Site. Digital delivery is typically instant, though some products may take up to 24 hours to process. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact [email protected].
Physical Products
Processing Time
Orders for physical products (signed books, merchandise) are processed within 5-7 business days. Because books are personally signed and packaged to order, processing times may be longer during new releases, holidays, or high-demand periods. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery Area
We currently ship physical products within the United States only, including PO boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location and the carrier used. Typical delivery within the continental US is 3-7 business days after shipment, though this may vary and is not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will not ship until the announced release date. Processing time of 5-7 business days begins on or after the release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item is available, or items may be shipped separately. You will be charged at the time of purchase.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photo proof of the damage.
